Argument 1: Wikitext to evaluate and display if its result is not null

Argument 2: Wikitext to evaluate if argument 1 evaluates to a null string

Argument 3 (optional): Wikitext to put in front of first argument if result is not null

Argument 4 (optional): Wikitext to append to first argument if result is not null

Useful when you need to embellish the results of a query if it returns a result and return an error/warning if it doesn't.
